Returns & Refunds Conditions:

  • All items purchased on yourwhiskyplace.com.au are entitled for return or refund as long as they are:
  1. Items broken/damaged during transit before you receive them.
  2. Items are not the same as your originally invoiced.
  • Unsealed products are considered sold and are not eligible for return and/or refund.
  • Returned items must be untampered, unused, unopened and undamaged with the item’s original packaging including boxes, plastic and bubble wraps, gift items and gift boxes intact. Yourwhiskyplace reserves the right to not issue any refund if the items are subjected to improper care during their return back to our facilities. The customer is responsible for all the costs of the return of the items.
  • Exchange can be done with product(s) of the same value or more than the original order amount and will be reviewed on case to case basis.

Time Limit

  • Request of return must be done within 72 hours upon receipt of items. No refund will be given after the said 72 hours. 

Payment Of Refunds

  • Shall your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, generally within 14 working days after your request has been approved.
  • Please take note that shipping or delivery fee will not be refunded.

Returns Address

  • The items that are approved to be retuned must be delivered to the address stated in the requested email from sales@yourwhiskyplace.com.au

 

Yourwhiskyplace.com.au reserves the right to refuse any exchange without giving any reason.
