When will my item be dispatch after purchased?

  • Item/s purchased before 9.00pm ACDT to be shipped next business day.
  • Item/s purchased after 9.00pm ACDT to be shipped the following business day.

How could I trace my order?

Once the shipment is dispatched, we will email/text you the tracking details so that you could monitor your shipment. You could also log into the member platform to trace back your order and tracking details.

Can I pick up at your store?

We are an online store. We do not offer pickup. However, we offer free express postage on any purchase.

Items on the Pre-order Page are what we have delivered and what we can get source.
